Check Your Account
We create an online account for each consignor, where you can check the status of your items. On the account page, you can check the status of your items and your account balance, if you have one. If possible, please check this account before calling or emailing us.
Pick-Up Expired Items
If your online account shows that your items are expired, make an appointment to pick-up. We cannot do same day pick-up.
Please request an appointment at least 24 hours in advance to give us time to get your items off the floor and out of our system.
We are currently not extending any consignment periods. All consignors much keep their items on the sales floor for the entire consignment period (120 days). If you have extenuating circumstances, please email us.
Request a Payout
Once you confirm the balance on your account, you can request payment in the following ways:
- Check – mail or pick-up in store.
- Paypal – We must have the email associated with your PayPal account. Please note that fees apply.
- Request store credit for 10% more back on your sell.
Please make sure your address and other information is up-to-date in your Consignment Account.
Please allow for 7-10 days to process your request.
